Paper: Whisper White cardstock
Ink: Island Indigo stamp pad, Real Red stamp pad

You're a Star Happy Birthday card

Here's another card using a stamp set that called my name when I first saw it in the catalog. I loved the distressed look to it and the wings. But after I got the stamp set, I didn't know what to do with it. Finally I played around enough and viola!

Stamps: Star Power (Close to my Heart), Curly Cute (inside sentiment) (clear mount and wood mount)
Ink: Crumb Cake Stamp Pad, Soft Suede Stamp Pad, Cajun Crazy Stamp Pad
Paper: Fusion paper pack (The Paper Studio), Soft Suede cardstock, Crumb Cake cardstock
Other: Stampin' Dimensional, Paper Snips

I love how the heart with wings turned out! Definitely something that could be done on a scrapbook page.

Hello Button, Button card

When I first saw the Button, Button stamp set, I loved it, but wondered what I would do with it. I kept looking at it and it seemed to call my name asking me to purchase it. So when Stampin' Up! had it on the Clearance Blitz sale, I had to have it.

So the other night I was looking for a stamp set to use to make a card that could be sent just to say hi.
This is what I came up with...

Stamps: Button, Button (clear mount and wood mount), Posy Punch (Hostess set) (clear mount and wood mount)
Ink: Island Indigo Stamp Pad, Pool Party Stamp Pad, So Saffron Stamp Pad
Paper: Whisper White cardstock, Island Indigo cardstock
Other: 1" Circle Punch, 3/8" Ruffled Ribbon, Stampin' Dimensional

Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you feel inspired by this card!
Feel free to ask any questions or leave a comment!

Stampin' Up! Super Bowl special

The Super Bowl is this Sunday.
Are you going to be watching? Who are you cheering for?

I'm offering a Super Bowl special. If you place a $50 order with me by half time of the Super Bowl, either by emailing me or ordering online, you will receive a percentage off your next order based on the last digit of both teams' scores added together (say the score is 27 to 11, added together it's 38, so you get an 8% discount) at the end of the game.

Also remember, that for every $50 you spend (tax and shipping not included) during Sale-A-Bration, you will receive 1 free item from the Sale-A-Bration brochure.

To place an order online, just click the Stampin' Up! logo on the right.

You don't have to wait until Sunday to place your order either. You can place it today, tomorrow, Saturday...anytime before halftime of the Super Bowl. That way you don't miss any of the action on the gridiron.
